Our own Hyundai Ioniq Electric 28kWh is now 6 years old and has done 102,000 miles. In this video I show the battery health using our diagnostic scanner and show that it is still healthy and at 100% state of health (SoH). There is an assumption by many that EVs need new battery packs after 4 or 5 years. This 6 year old Hyundai Ioniq Electric still drives like a new one and also has the same battery capacity and range as it did when new!
