We’ll talk about who should go for a calorie surplus, calorie deficit, or maintenance calories. This will also apply to people who are “skinny fat.” The decision to bulk or cut will depend on your body fat percentage relative to the ideal body fat percentage. I’ll explain the optimal body fat percentage and the pros and cons of lower and higher body fat.
