Storytime! The day I was called to the PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE! ✨Recipe: Graham Crackers Chocolate Mini Marshmallows Pancake Mix Oil (For Frying) Directions: 1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Split graham crackers into small squares and line the bottom of the pan. 2. Melt your chocolate and drizzle over graham crackers. Place marshmallows on top then drizzle more chocolate. Finally, place additional graham cracker squares to finish off the s'more, then place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. 3. Remove the pan from the freezer and split the s'mores apart. 4. Mix up your pancake batter, being careful not to add too much water or your batter will be runny rather than fluffy. 5. Heat your oil to 350°F, coat your smores with the pancake batter, and fry for 1½ minutes. 6. Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy!! 😊
